Terms of payment:  50% with order, and 50% required, or balance prior to shipment.  Your deposit assures, when your Observatory will be shipped, and the deposit is refundable at any time.  Boyd Observatories only accepts Cashier Checks and Money Orders please.  Personal checks will be returned.  Please contact Boyd Observatories for payment procedure.

Guarantee:  Boyd Observatories, guarantees your Observatory is made from the best, ISO Thermal, Reinforced, Glass Fiber available on the market today, and incorporates the most U.V. inhibitors available with F.R.P. technology.  Boyd Observatories also guarantees (when the product arrives), that it will be free from all workmanship defects, as we use the highest quality construction standards in the industry, and use only the best metal hardware available on the market.  If any component fails on the Observatory up to one year from purchase, Boyd Observatories will replace that item, FREE of charge.  That is our personal Guarantee to you, our customer.

Shipping:  Shipping is handled 'Best Way', or Motor Freight.  Sometimes this could be "Yellow Freight", or perhaps, a local carrier, what ever way will insure prompt delivery for the least amount of money.  When the Observatory is ready, you will be contacted by Boyd Observatories and given all arrangements and information regarding the shipment.  We try to use only shippers with a lift at the rear of the truck, however sometimes things change, so we encourage our customers to have at least two handy adults available when the Observatory arrives.  The complete Observatory is shipped on 84" x 84" pallets.  The carrier will also contact you when it arrives at your destination.  They will require directions, a convenient time for delivery, and any other information that will expedite delivery.  Please note there is a crating and handling charge for the Observatory.  We ship any place in the world.

International orders will be handled on an individual basis.  Currently Boyd Observatories uses Burlington Ocean Service for overseas deliveries, or any other shipments outside of the USA (except Canada).  Please contact us for further details.  All payments are to be in US funds only, wire transferred to our United States bank.  Wanted: International Dealers.
